I don't know if people already do this, but I've started taking my damp/compressed sleeping bag out after a trip, zipping it up, and putting the hood opening over the floor vent of my heater at home. This inflates the sleeping bag with warm air like a big wind sock, and does a nice job of drying out down and lofting it back up without the concerns of putting it through a dryer or when the weather doesn't allow sun-drying. Anyway, just a thought that I figured might be usefull to others.
