I used this on my thru hike of the Long Trail in August. My concern was if this bag rated at 50F would keep me warm in the northern part of the hike in higher elevations. I found that I could sleep in shorts and a T shirt even when the temperature dropped to around, but not below 40F.

This was my first experience with a SS bag and I found that I really enjoyed being able to frequently toss from my back to my side without feeling any constriction.

Quality wise the Motbell is good, but construction wise not on a par with my colder weather bag, a Western Mountaineering. Being designed for warmer weather the zipper was not enclosed, which I was not used to, and found it slightly annoying when I came in contact with it.

I'd give Montbell's Super Stretch bags consideration for filling gaps in my temperature ranges when I next purchase.
