Surprisingly light for it's price, about 7 oz per pole and $40 for a pair, these poles are a bargin!

A 7005 aluminum grade two pole section, no frills pole is decent for what it was designed for, hiking/backpacking however the only restraints to the pole is height. 5'9" would be about the max height for these poles (I am 5'8")

True there are lighter poles, however, for those on a budget in green and weight, these poles are quite decent, and highly recommend them.

The only quirps I have about the poles are the grips: plastic grips are not bad, generally prefer foam padding. Easy solution is to wrap them with thin cycling grip tape, which has done wonders for comfort!
