I bought a pair of Julbo Magic sunglasses a few years back. They're great, extremely comfortable glasses. The company has a lifetime garuntee on all their glasses. The other day i was putting them into my pocket and one of the arms on the sun glasses snapped. Not sure if it was my fault or a fault of the product. I sent them an email telling what happenned and they put a new arm in the mail that day and sent it out, free of charge. Excellent customer service, excellent product.
