Although they have super ventilation and dry overnite from a soaking, these trail runners fall short on craftsmanship. They weigh in at 26 oz. for the pair. The laces slip and need re-tightening often. The sole was very grippy at first, but has worn down fast in the year I have been wearing them. Got them for $20 on clearance, so I cant complain.

Update: One of the laces broke so I replaced them with puffy semi round laces from Big5 ($0.99) with difficulty since the lace ports are so small. The shoes stay tight now and I feel much more secure on rocky, rooty ground.
