Everything else is just a light.

For its weight, its 2-40 times brighter and lasts 5-10 time longer.

Now they just need to make a 3AAA headlamp with a 5/15/35 lumens setting.

The only problem with the light is the 9 lumens on low is still brighter than most headlamps on low, but just needs a little more in my opinion. The medium 40 setting is over-kill and only lasts 1/5 the burn time as low. A 15 setting would be perfect for night hiking.
The 5 would work great for camp and last forever.

Fenix has a few more Crees in their line up with even more settings.
