A couple of years ago I had purchased two Princeton-Tex Remix head lamps from a on line discount site. After about a year or so both lamps had issues turning on. I contacted PT who inturn gave me an RMA # and I mailed them off. About 2 weeks later I received two new Reflex lamps that work. During my wait They even returned a phone call with in hours of me leaving a message. I'd give them a 5/5 for their customer service.
