Eureka! has excellent customer service. Last summer one of my closest friends had a piece of gear fail (a pack) and then had someone repair it so that we wouldn't miss the next trip . Figuring that the repair had covered up the defect she wasn't going to contact Eureka! about the failure or try and return it.

I talked her into emailing Eureka! and they told her that they would send her a new pack. No questions asked.

I had a Eureka! tent pole crack and same thing - the staff was friendly and the pole replaced quickly and without hassle.
