Similar to tarptent designs, but no vestibule and made out of Golite's heavy-duty silnylon, so it weighs a little more (3.5 lbs). I have used it in Tahoe National Forest where it was used for me and a friend as a bug shelter, and found no condensation, two nights in strong wind-rain in Point Reyes in the winter, where a poncho used as a vestibul was neccesary, and two nights at Lake Morena, where heavy condensation was experienced, even with only-mesh closed at both ends. Interior size is good for two(I've even squeezed in 3 guys), and the sidewalls are nearly vertical, so condensation transfer isn't too bad. I am happy with the tent, but knowing what I know now would recomend a Shires or Six Moons tarp-tent.
