This is an easy to fix, versatile meal that you can use for a snack, or the basis for a meal at 380 calories with the addition of your favorite veggies, meat or other tasty delights. It comes with flavoring which you may or may not use, but can add a little to the meal. It also makes a nice change to some of the more interesting freeze dried meals when you add the two.
It's also pretty high in the energy density department, at 125 cal/oz.
The only thing I don't like about Ramen is the salt content. One package contains 66% of RDA for Sodium, high if you're attempting to limit sodium intake.
