I've ordered from this company a few times. I once ordered an item I decided to return. I didn't have any problems with customer service. They have sales on a regular basis but the prices are seldom the best available so I don't order from them too often. They have %off deals in email coupons but not too frequently. Overall I'm satisfied and will continue to order from them.
