What I liked: Easy to make, boil 12-16 oz water (depending upon how runny you like it) pour it in, reseal it, stir / squish for 10 minutes, Viola! Easy cleanup, reseal, repack, repatriate.
The taste is fair to good, and reminds me of real lasaga with meat sauce.
What I didn't like: Salt is pretty high, 60% RDA for this single pouch. Not a big problem if you eating low / no salt for other meals, but you probably wouldn't want to eat 3 of these a day.
I do believe they can make a quality good tasting meal without the high salt levels.
