I love their products, but haven't dealt with the company directly until recently. I sent them an email asking if I could get a discount on a pack and what I would be using it for. I got a response a few days later saying that I just needed to provide shipping and payment information and I could get a 20% discount. I called back with the info and received the pack the next day. They also do an enormous amount to support athletes in odd fields, like ultrarunners, adventure racers, etc.
