No customer service. I've sent them two emails about trying to get a replacement lid for my (evernew) pot. No reply at all. Great product but no service.

Ok, via this site my concern made it to EverNew. The fella appologized for not replying to my (2) prior e-mails and sent me a "free" new lid for my pot. So after waiting through the fall, winter & spring, I got a brand new lid. I'd like to up grade them to a 3 from a 1.

Having said that, the product is great.

Same experience as above - Sent Evernew an e-mail and not even a response. As I get older, custy service is very important. I'd avoid then and try Snow Peak...
