I rarely look to MH for lightweight gear, but this summer in Tuolumne meadows I encountered temps in the low 90's which made my Smartwool Microweight feel rather hot.

Two weeks later on the High Sierra Trail the temps were slightly cooler but I wore the MH Super Wicked Zip-Tee and couldn't be more pleased with its performance.

The shirt was cool, dried quickly and was easy to wash. Even on the steep ascent up Mt. Whitney I never felt overheated. Really, I sweat buckets and it managed the moisture very well.

The only downsides are that it can be a little funky after wearing for a few days, but this can be mitigated by washing it out once in a while. It's also short sleeve so you have to wear sunblock

Overall, a fantastic warm weather activity shirt! Recommended!

i backpacked in mine all summer (PA) and it has a little pilling on the back. shoulders are still in good shape. it's basically a mesh shirt with reinforced shoulders and tops of the sleeves - the zipper in the front is nice and deep (almost down to the sternum strap). it's great for warm-hot climates. a slight breeze feels excellent when sweating
