I had a small issue with the Solo tent that I purchased from Lightheart Gear. I e-mailed them on Sunday and expected to hear back the next week. Marc from LHG returned my e-mail within 3 hours, on a Sunday! They were incredibly prompt and helpful and got the issue sorted out before my trip this coming weekend. You can tell that they are a small outfit that really cares about their customers experience. I won't hesitate to buy another shelter from them in the future.

I have bought two Solong 6 tents from Judy and Mark at Lightheart Gear. I have one made of Sil-Nylon and one made of Cuben fiber. They have always been more than patient with me as I asked a thousand questions, and even allowed me to come up to their house to see the tents in person before I bought them. The tents I have purchased have exceeded my expectations for quality, durable, ultra-lightweight shelters.

I spent literally hundreds of hours trying to figure out which cottage company tent I'd order. I needed durability, cuben fiber, sub 2lbs, and made in America. I bombarded Judy with e-mails inquiring about every inch of her tents. Judy sent me a Cuben Solo to demo, then the next week I met her at Amicalola falls and decided to order the Cuben Solong6. 2 WEEKS LATER, I picked up my customized cuben solong6 at Dahlonega trail fest. I can't say enough about LightHeart customer service or LightHeart Gear. Judy really makes the whole process of tent buying easy, especially when she replies to your "urgent" questions on Saturday's and Sunday's :). Purchase with confidence!
