Hi, I ordered the Exped downmat 9 sleeping pad from backcountry.com last night, but I received an email from them this morning stating that they were in fact out of that particular product.

In the email they included a link to their customer service chat, which I clicked. The customer service agent looked into it and offered me the Exped downmat 9 deluxe for the same price and free shipping.

Just to note, this is not a truly ultralight pad, but I sleep cold, so I am willing to carry a little more weight to keep myself warm.

Just wanted to plug backcountry.com's customer service.
