This little light compares well to the $40+ Fenix LOD that I also own at $28 from Countycomm.com
Physical Diminisions:
Weight: 20 grams
Length: 2.7 in.
Dia: .5 in.
It's barely bigger than a AAA battery and has 3 modes accessed by twisting the front bezel 3 times for med-low-high.
It's also extremely bright for any size:
Medium Mode, 18lm Output for 4 Hours
Low Mode, 1.5lm Output for 50 Hours
High Mode, 62lm Output for 48 Minutes

Unlike my Fenix, it has a reversable pocket clip that will allow me to add it to the brim of a ball cap for an excellent headlamp. I also like having a lower low than the Fenix which should allow me to move around camp in the dark without disturbing my camp mates.
The negatives that keep me from giving it a 5 are it's rougher edges compared to the LOD and a weak little lanyard loop that's added on instead of being part of the light. Only time will tell if it's as durable as my Fenix.
Overall, a great little light that I can afford to give as gifts to my non-flashlight afficianado friends.
