I ordered on Friday afternoon 9/18/09, the order arrived Monday 9/21. Thats what I got for free shipping!! 3 days for free. Usually free shipping is the slow boat. Maybe I got lucky, but I've ordered from other companies for several different pieces of gear, no free shipping comes in 3 days.
I sent the store an email asking why I should buy their bag, the owner emailed back with their toll free phone number, asked if I had a minute would I please call him. I did, we discussed his product, the Outsak, and he aswered all my questions. He convinced me that my money would be well spent. I ordered before I got off the phone with him.I would recommend this company to anyone. When I get a chance to use what I ordered, I will be back to let you know.

Climbing Goat, I did not find free shipping available anywhere on the Outsak site. They are charging $4.99 to ship one bag. I did some further google and forum searching and found another good bag called Grubpack. I was looking for the largest one I could get. The large Outsak would have been almost $50 with shipping. The large Grubpack was a bit bigger and cost me only 36 bucks and they did have free shipping. That's $14 less! That's a big difference in price. I'll use it right after New Years Day. I haven't seen an Outsak and I haven't used my Grubpack yet. From all I have read, both bags probably deserve a 5 rating. They both seem to do the anti-rodent job they are intended to do.
