After having foot problems, I went to a podiatrist and had custom orthotics made. The Dr. also recommended these shoes and to replace all shoes every 300-500 miles.

Since using these, I have had zero foot problems while replacing them every 400 or so miles. I think I have worn this brand for the last 6,000 miles? The newer shoe, Supernova 365, has a wider toe box and arch, so I have more room in that shoe (not excited about that). Oh well.
