I contacted Pacerpoles a number of times before making my purchase. I had excellent responses with more details than I could imagine to answer my queries. Product shipped from UK to Spain in 4 days and included a hand-written note from Heather asking for my feedback. Not had a chance to use them in earnest yet, but excellent customer service, and the poles are certainly well made. The info on the website is second to none
