Seams near the top of Sea to Summit's 100% Premium Silk Liner had pulled apart slightly - but not completely. I had used it about 10 nights over a few months.

Emailed Sea to Summit customer service, got a reply in less than 24 hours with an RA number and an offer to exchange it right away. Very happy with their service on this item.

We purchased a ultra-sil stuff sack as recommended by a customer service rep at a outfitter along the A.T. In using it to stuff my wife's sleeping bag I ripped the thing in half. She called up the company and they informed her that she should use the evac sack instead because the one we were using was not meant to be handled rough. They sent us the proper sack free of charge.

This was our introduction to sil-nylon and Sea to Summit. I have used their products since and they perform great when used properly.
