These two hip pockets I ordered from MLd are awesome! They each came in at .6oz each. The waist pockets are inter-changeable with my other packs like the Ion and the Jam. They come with small loops to be threaded on your hip belt are inside your pack. They are a multi-use waist pocket with a few different options. They have enough room for a camera, GU, one bar, and your essentials like a compass, whistle, chapstick, lighter, sunblock and small bottle of DEET. A great product from a great little company.
