Had a 2 year old pair of TNF Ultra 103 XCR shoes that started to leak. They were out of TNF warranty so I sent them to Gore. They evaluated them and said they would replace them with any XCR trail runner that they could obtain from any brand. Fast, freindly customer service.

Similar to Patrick's prior experience with WL Gore's CS, I too have been the beneficiary of new gear thanks to their prompt and courteous service.

No complaints here on two occasions.
Good communication and turnaround time for both instances.
