Well made, cheap, soft, and warm. Only the basics, nothing fancy, just what you may be looking for. And cheap, $42 each for top and bottom. The 230g is about a medium weight. Sorry no weights on actual products.

Purchased from Hank's Clothing for $39.99, it was delivered fast with no shipping charge. Shirt is very soft and seems well constructed. Fit is perfect based on size chart. Worn it for 2 days knocking around in and my wife confirms no stink. When I first put it on, it seems very slightly itchy but no longer noticed after the first hour. Now very comfortable. Have not washed yet but claims fully machine washable (and will likely reduce initial itchiness.) Will report back if any problems but right now I'm very happy with this top at this price.

I wore one of these this winter, sometimes as a base and sometimes as a second layer. It is a very warm shirt, the fabric has a nice texture and tight weave. I have compared it to smartwool products and it seems on par. Minus 33 is much nicer wool than Terramar, and about the same price when it's on sale. Their heavier garments run larger, and they will snug up after a wash. I wore one of these for a month or more between washes, hiking every day, often sleeping in it without washing. I found alternating between a couple of base layers, 3 days each and hang them up in the tent to air them out made washing unnecessary.

Purchased the Minus3 3 women's long sleeve merino wool top at the Speuclator Dept. Store, Speculator, NY. Amazing shirt- comfortable, not itchy, smooth and soft against skin. The shirt is well made and true to size. Perfect for cycling in a wide range of temperatures. Trading in my Chili's and Drylete active wear for more Minus 33 pieces.
