Shipping usually takes over one week. I was a little annoyed to realize that the free return shipping only applies when you are exchanging a product ... returns cost $5.75, which is a big chunk of the $28 shoes I wanted to return. I may just keep them and resell them myself.

The merchandise has always been of expected quality, and when I ordered two ceramic flower pots, they arrived unbroken.

Despite the return shipping issue, I have repeatedly ordered from them because their clearance deals are often very good.

It is hard to find the deep discounts advertized and the prooduct descriptions are not always right-on. However, if the product is not as descrbed and you explain it to cusotmer service, they will pay for the return shipping. I once had to order 4 different pairs of insulated pants with full side zips to get what was described. One pair was not insulated, another the side zips were not full, and a third, well, I forget, but the accepted the returns and did not charge the return shipping
