After having my company name trashed on a forum where there is no format for a company to respond or defend their good name. I am forced to rate BPL as a 5. In my defense I simply told the gent that he was not well suited to ultralite backpacking --after investing an hour of my time explaining equipment use and answering many questions. Yep --that is the whole story--just said he wasn't a good candidate for ULB---Tinny---MBDC
