The food is bland, nearly tasteless, and takes 2-3 times longer to cook than listed on the package. In fact it never seemed to get fully cooked.
Ordering online resulted in an automated ripoff: Their web site lists shipping rates per order amount. When checking out it applies a higher shipping rate. I sent 1 email about this and it was ignored. Sent 2nd email again asking about this, I was told shipping rate they applied was correct. Sent 3rd email with quote from the web site and got nasty email back saying it would be corrected. Sent 4th email for total refund and got an even nastier reply. Amazing responses for their own mistake.
