This is the newest offering from the genious crew at Trail Designs

It addresses the only real issue with the original Caldera Cone by allowing you to split the cone in half and have it fully nestle inside your pot. They don't make them for all pot sizes, but if you've got a pot that will fit one of these (or are thinking about getting a new pot that fits), then this piece of kit is what you want. I gather at the moment there is only limited numbers available (they're apparently a fiddle to manufacture), but worth waiting for.



The rivets 'click' into holes on the other half of the cone, making a secure single cone.


Assembly requires the top half of the cone to have it's dovetail to the outside, and the bottom half to have the dovetail on the inside. With just a small amount of practice it is really quick and easy.
