I recently purchase a Crux mountaineering tent from BPL in their used gear sale. The tent had several minor missing parts. I contacted Crux and they stretched their warranty to cover the lost items and furnished them to me free. The customer service was outstanding, especially considering that it was a used tent and the problem was lost, not defective items.
