I ordered these along with my MLD Zip pack (review on that in future). It only cost me 50.00 USD as I ordered them at the introductory price on the first month they were released. These are geat for people like me who dont use trekking poles or for those times you dont. Listed weight is 2.6 oz. for the pair (.95 and 1.65 respectivly).
These are the best poles on the market and have smart details with tarping in mind, like grommet tips and end caps . The tallest pole at 42 inches is tall enough to use with my Tarptent Contrail- a rock under the pole is all you need to increase the hight when needed. And at 15.5 inches when folded it fits in the Contrails stuff sack. Of coarse the pair works wonderfully with my MLD Monk tarp too!
