Smart Wool Shirt is Smart Investment that might save your marriage. Just ask my economist wife. I love this shirt. It is comfortable, light, cool when hot, warm when cool, and best of all when sweated down and a breeze comes along you don't freeze. My wife hates the smell of wet, sweaty synthetic shirts. I can't say that I blame her - I mean hey - they stink. But not so with Smart Wool.

The smart wool shirt was delivered on a Thursday, and I worked out in it 6 days straight, wetting the shirt completely through with sweat, and I still haven't washed the darn thing. My wife hates my synthetic shirts that hang in the bathroom after a workout because even with odor guard they stink to high heaven. But she has noticed that the smartwool shirt does not stink at all. Consequently, I have permission to purchase a few more smart wool shirts, and I think I will even if they cost significantly more. They are well worth it.

I found two of these black T-shirts at a retailer. I'm a fairly good sized rugby player and shopping for XXl in performance clothing is tough.

These fit great and perform out hiking and skiing and are my favorite post-match T in the club bar after a match.

I've worn them traveling in England and they are perfect for our hikes in Wales and England.

I had 2 of these for a 6 dayer on the AT and I sweat even in cool temps and these shirts kept me cool and never gave a FOUL scent. However you do get a "wet dog" odor from the shirt even after washing. But only when wet. The price of the shirts are high but worth it, but you need to be gentle with taking off the shirts when wet soaked with sweat. With both shirts, while removing I had a finger put a hole in one and a thumb go through the other. Once you get a hole in these, it just gets bigger per use and after a wash they are rendered useless. I wasn't rough taking the shirts off. They tore very easily.
