I have owned many packs with some features I liked and dis-liked on each one, so I decided to give the custom order pack method a shot. After a less than pleasant experience with Kooka bay, I went into this with expectations pretty low to keep from being disappointed. Working with Chris was fantastic! He was very accessible via e-mail, and answered every question I had, and asked me many questions before, during, and the final stages of building my pack. I have had a chance to take it out on a couple of 'test drives' including an over-nighter up Whitney, and I absolutely love it! His U-shaped structure for the pack and load-lifters works fantastic! I carries my gear and my Bearikade Weekender with no problem at all and I don't feel the can pressing into my back. Once again, great pack Chris, Thanks!
