My rating is $ sensitive here. It really depends on what you are looking for. What I like best about it is is high fuel efficiency and ability to cook for a large number of people (I have done 4). The fuel is also much cheaper than any canister stove or even denatured alcohol. Its weight however is a little on the heavier side.

The MSR whisperlite is fuel versatile. You can use several different types of fuel, isobutane -propane, white gas, kerosene, unleaded gasoline. It's also very fuel efficient.
