Very good pot, with some minor imperfections. I like that it is light and durable. but the handle insulator tend to burn up if you don't watch them and the lid is rather heavy. other than that it is a great pot

Excellent pot - the one I use with an alcohol stove. It's not my first choice with canister stoves, however. It's a short, wide-bottom pot, so it's a bit tippy on the narrow-diameter support provided by most canister-mounted stoves. However, for wider stove bases (like the Clikstand, for alcohol stoves) it works really well. By the way, the Clikstand is designed to store inside the stove, and it does - with a little room left over for the lighter and some tea bags.

It's a little wide to double as a mug (like the Trek 700 or Titan kettle), but I occasionally make a pot of tea and drink from it without any trouble.

I've never had any problems with the insulation burning off the handles - yet. I can see the potential for it happening, though.

The capacity is just right to cook a Lipton rice or noodle pack, and - because it's wider - it's more convenient to eat from this pot than from the deeper pot/mug styles. The pour spout is nice when you're sharing hot water with someone, too.

All in all, a very nice pot if you've got a good, stable stove base.

No big deal if the insualtion burns off for me. That is what the bandana is for... or one of the things. Great volume for up to three people.

Super lightweight, small and compact with handy insulated folding handles so you wont get burned. Also comes with a super lightweight lid that shortens boiling time.

I pack my cannister stove in this pot to save space and protect the stove from rough handling.
