The staff know the goods or can access a computer data base and actual hard copy catalogues, going back as far as the 1990s. That means they can discuss the gear, and there are a lot of items they have to deal with in a day I am sure. But, the contacts I have had are not just informative or selling the goods, they will talk about what is happening in the business, the line of items you are interested in, and what MH is doing in the future.

They like some of the other now big companies have kept their respect for the "little guy" who actually goes out there and depends on and uses their gear.

Got a South Col 70 for winter and could not for the life of me figure out how to use the tool straps. They responded promptly and sent photos on how it works!

I purchased a MH Airjet years ago (hard to remember exactly when). After a few seasons of light to moderate use the tent seams started to become unglued. I sent the tent back to MH and they called me within the week. They offered me a credit for the original retail price of the tent no questions asked. Prompt professional response and a willingness to stand behind their products. Rockin.
