David processed and shipped my spur of the moment order in mere minutes on a Saturday afternoon.

Lots of communication and tracking numbers came within minutes of the order. I'm impressed!

I've placed two orders with Oware. Staff was happy to answer my questions, and items were shipped VERY promptly. I recommend Oware to a lot of friends, especially those looking for durable, straight-forward UL gear with a high bang-for-the-buck value. Their fabrics page is also a great source for MYOG'ers.

I've placed two orders with Oware and before each one I sent email correspondence to them. I placed my first order despite the fact that my email was ignored and received the order maybe a week and a half later. Fairly decent delivery time. The second order I sent them an email and after two weeks I received a reply. For some reason I took this as a good sign so I called them up and placed my order. After I received my order, I sent a follow up email to them and never heard back from them.

It's really annoying, and unprofessional, to see a company that has an online store, yet which doesn't take the time to send replies to emails.

I ordered a product over a month ago and still have not received it. I have sent several emails and tried to contact them by filling out the "Contact Us" form on the website. I have received no reply.

I haven't received the product and my credit card was charged. I only ordered some guy line for $4.00, but the lack of communication is unacceptable even if they shipped the product and it was lost in the mail.

I recently tried to make an order on and sent a couple of messages to Oware regarding my order. I have not received any replies regarding my issue and am not sure that the order followed through because I have not been billed. However, at the time it seemed that it had. I am overseas and cannot call Oware easily, so I don't know how to address the situation.

I have finally been contacted by Oware and might be able to make the order still. Evidently there was a software problem with the site. I will modify my rating after this all pans out.

David is honnest and warranty completely his product.After i saw a defect IMO on fabric of a tarp.he simply sent to me a new one.
