I recently tried to make an order on bivysack.com and sent a couple of messages to Oware regarding my order. I have not received any replies regarding my issue and am not sure that the order followed through because I have not been billed. However, at the time it seemed that it had. I am overseas and cannot call Oware easily, so I don't know how to address the situation.
UPDATE: I have finally been contacted by Oware and might be able to make the order still. Evidently there was a software problem with the site. I will modify my rating after this all pans out.
