(Others have written that they like these, and I agree.) The WalMart / “Starter” compression shorts are:
1. Long enough to prevent abrasion, even if you have massively muscled, Greek God-like thighs, like me.
2. Lighter than Under Armour shorts, which are also good products.
3. Thinner than Under Armour shorts, and seem to breathe better.
4. Long lasting.
5. Cheap (about $10)
