Let's start with the positives: Fact: These taste better than traditional powdered eggs from 1965 where you had to mix water with and stir the lumps out, then cook them in a pan, wondering if what you got was really egg based.
On the other side: Rumor has it that you can be arrested for a-salt in some jurisdictions for serving this meal <(:-() (just kidding, but...)
If you want your next meal to tase wonderful, try this one first, as IMHO, this one just doesn't cut it. The amount of cholesterol and sodium packed in this package must qualify for some industry prize, and it wouldn't surprise me if the public sale of a few cases of this is enough to raise average share price of Crestors' parent company by 5%.
(OK, most of this is a parody, but I really didn't like the taste, sodium or cholesterol) I think if you really want bacon and eggs on a backpack trip, you're going to have to take the real thing refrigerated, tolerate the Cholesterol and Sodium, recalibrate your taste buds, or get better medical coverage :)
