I've dealt with these folks for quite a few years now and they are my favorite retail outfitter. The staff are helpful and know backpacking. You can get fitted professionally for shoes and packs with no sales pressure. They have helped me with warranty returns and "uh, this ain't working out returns". Nice store, highly recommended.
