I've had about 3 orders with sunnysports. I can sum up my experiences by saying they are an excellent retailer with jaw dropping prices on previous season gear. There was a small mistake with my most recent order (item did not match the description), but after a few phone calls, I received a prepaid return label for the item so that I could get a full refund.

My advice, double check the season with any gear that you are going to buy from them. Also check if they have the items in stock (one item from my order was backordered and subsequently cancelled) They still have great prices though.

Like Konrad said, they have some ninjas pricing certain items. I have used them about five times. I bought two packs from them one time in medium and large. Returned the medium and was refunded within 3 days of return. They said it would take two weeks. I didn't complain. Pretty sure the are Jewish, so don't expect and answer on Saturday(The Sabbath). Good store for me so far.

I purchased the Marmot halo 6 from Sunny Sports. I didnt know if I wanted to spend $400.00 at an online store that didnt have alot of reviews. Anyways, I am very pleased with the whole company. After I placed my order, I emailed customer service to make sure that they had it in stock, since it seems that everywhere else it was out of stock. I got an email back from them immediately. Seriously, the response from them only took like 2 minutes! It was a Tuesday morning and they shipped it that day (free shipping) and it only took 2 days to get here in Ohio. I would highly recommend purchasing camping gear from them. Have fun searching for the same products elsewhere and getting the same price! Their prices cant be beat!
