My friend just recommended Javette coffee concentrate. It's a single-serving coffee concentrate that makes a good cup of coffee and you can alter the amount to make your coffee strong or mild. It lightweight and pretty pressure resistant and looks, smells, and tastes like good coffee. I've made hot coffee and great cold frappacinos with it.

It's will definitely come with me on all my backpacking trips!

I think these are very good. Not quite as good as fresh brewed - but a good substitute. That's why it gets a 4 and not a 5. Superior (even if only a little) to Java Juice.

Here's how I think this stuff really shines.

COLD! Take yer titanium mug, fill it with icy spring water and add powdered milk and two javette packages. YUM!

I usually dispize mocha concoctions, but the javette packs are pretty good in hot chocolate.
