I ordered several hiking related items online from Botach. After several weeks, I began trying to contact their customer service via phone to check the status of things. Getting voice mail was the norm repeatedly and my requests to call were not returned. I finally reached a human being recently and was put on hold within 1 second of her answering the call. I was abruptly put on hold three times during that call. Her promise to call back with order information never materialized as of this writing. This, by far, is the poorest customer service I've encountered with any online ordering I've been involved with. Spare yourself the agony!
Follow-up Note: After canceling my order, I finally received a call from a customer service rep letting me know that most of what I ordered was not in stock. With this in mind, I have increased by 1 rating to a 2.
