Yep, I like the dual-chamber ones too. I'm one of those folks that NEEDS a pillow to avoid neck pains and get a good night's sleep. I'm also a die-hard gram-weenie and hate to pack a 3- or 4- or 9-ounce "backpacking pillow" if I can avoid it. This one seems to work pretty well for me, if I pad it and the area under my shoulders with extra clothes.
If you loan one of these to someone, make sure they understand the concept. I loaned a new one to my son for an overnight trip. He inflated it to maximum and found it uncomfortable, not realizing that backing off a bit on the inflation would help. The next morning he could find no way to deflate it (I forgot to tell him to simply reinsert the straw in the flap valve) and so he took out his knife and "popped" it. I guess he thought it was a single-use item.
I wish BPL carried these more regularly, as I am in the market for a new one without knife holes...
