Every emailed question was answered within hours. UPS shipping is free over $50. When I questioned whether an item that I ordered would be to my residence on my time schedule, they shipped it via USPS Priority, which probably meant someone making a trip to the Post Office on my behalf.

I have ordered from gearExpress.com twice in as many years. I placed my orders over there phone, and they were very helpful and polite. Their pricing was very competitive, and my orders were delivered quickly and without incident.

I wish their website was a little easier to use, but that's not worth deducting a star in a customer service review.
