Freezer Bag Cooking Volume 1
By Sarah Svien Kirkconnell
The author notes that the long way to outdoor food bliss is 'do not take what you do not like to eat'.
With about eighty pages of over 160 recipes, readers will find meals to take that they like to eat.
Basically the technique is to prepare your meals in advance and put each in a freezer bag. Then you boil water and pour it in the bag. A little while later, you eat a good meal.
There are many good tips in the book, too.
For me, it was the first cookbook I've purchased and it has helped me enhance my trail meals experience.
The author has a web site, freezerbagcooking.com, and it has plenty of great content.
