Simple halfzip, green nylon windshell that stuffs into its pocket. Lined collar drawcord hem and clip for carabiner. The nylon is a ripstop that is very comfortable on the skin, this and a base layer is everything you need for moving down to a bout 50 or 45 regardless of the wind. An example is the autumn White Mountains where it will be 60 or 55 with really harsh winds at the top, and a wool T shirt underneath provided me with the perfect comfort zone.

I got this for about $40, and considering its uses it gets a 5/5
