I just picked this jacket up from a closeout, still pricey at $150, but its a high quality jacket. It uses GoreTex paclite, which has average breathability but the weight is not bad at all, 10.5 oz for my Medium. For Pockets, it has two "napoleon" pockets, which i was worried about having trouble putting my hands in, but the Ventilation zippers which run from the hem to about 4 inches from the start of the arms, and allow you to plunge into an inner layers pockets, which I like more for warmth. The hood is great, with a bungee that accomodates hood volume and collar size very well and two cinches for the opening. The whole thing can comfortably stuffed into one of the pockets, and this can be rolled into a very small package. I am going to buy some DWR to redo the outside which should make it alot more comfortable because I find that water on shells induces very uncomfortable evaporative heat loss.

All in all I really like the jacket, which may not be made anymore but if they bring it back, it has basicly 80-90% of the features that my previous jacket, the Cloudveil Koven does, for half the weight and price. The only thing that would be better is the same jacket in an eVent like shell which would be more breathable.
