Pertex is now a wholly owned technology of Mitsui, who also assumes marketing responsibility for the brand. All Pertex fabrics will remain in Mitsui's camp, including Equilibrium, Equilibrium Stretch, Endurance, Classic, Microlight, Quantum, Blue, and the DWR technology Shield.
